Ingredients: 12 pcs@medium dry mushrooms 12 pcs@fish puffs 1 tsp@oyster flavored sauce 1/4 tsp@corn starch 1 tbsp@oil 3 tbsp@water a dash@sesame oil
Fish puffs should be made according to the Shunde Fish Puff recipe. Soften the dry mushrooms in cold water. Remove the stems. Heat oil in a heated wok, reduce to medium heat and stir fry the mushroom slightly. Put in fish puffs and oyster flavored sauce, toss well, and add water. Cover the wok, reduce to low heat and simmer for two minutes. Open the cover, thicken the sauce with corn starch and a little water, then add a dash of sesame oil. Stir and serve.
