Sweet And Sour Spareribs
Ingredients: 300g@spareribs 1/2 pc@sweet green bell pepper 1/2 pc@sweet red bell pepper 1/2 pc@onion 1 can@pineapple(small can) 2 clove@garlic, chopped 1/4 tbsp@thin soy sauce 1/2 tsp@salt 1/2 tsp@red sugar 1/2 tsp@cooking wine 1 pc@egg 4 tbsp@gluten free flour Ingredients for Sweet and Sour Sauce: 6 tbsp@Zhejiang vinegar 6 tbsp@red sugar
Cut spareribs into small chunks, immerse incold water for 15 minutes, and drain. Put spare ribs in a bowl, add chopped garlic,light soy sauce, salt, red sugar and wine.Marinate for 15 minutes. Beat the egg and mix well with the spare ribs. Add gluten free flour to the spare ribs andmix well so that each piece of spare rib is totally covered with flour. Under low heat, deep fry the spare ribsuntil golden brown. Pour out the oil,leaving only 1 tablespoon of oil in the wok. Cut onion, red and green sweet bell peppersinto large pieces, and pineapple into smallerchunks. In a smaller bowl, mix the vinegar and redsugar for the sweet and sour sauce until the sugar melted. In the wok, stir in onion and cook until slightlysoft, add bell peppers and toss quickly, then put in sweet and sour sauce mix and cookuntil the sauce thickens. Put in spare ribs and toss until each piece iscovered with sweet and sour sauce. Finally add pineapple chunks before serving.
