Ingredients for Stewed Drumsticks: 8@chicken drumsticks 1 tbsp@minced garlic 1@onion 1@red pepper Sauce: 1/2 cup@red wine 1/2 cup@minced tomatoes 1/2 cup@water 150ml@ketchup 1 tsp@thyme 1 tsp@salt a few@pepper powder
Rinse drumsticks well and drain. Heat wok with oil, deep-fry drumsticks till golden. Dish up and drain excess oil, set aside. Wash onion well, peel and dice. Wash red pepper well, remove seeds and shred. Heat wok with oil, stir-fry minced garlic and onion until fragrant. Add in red wine and bring to a boil. Put in chopped tomatoes, ketchup and water and stir well. Put drumsticks and thyme into the wok. Switch to low heat and cook for 20 minutes, put in red pepper, pepper powder and salt, serve.
