<p>1.先搞好蛋漿,然後放入你鍾意既材料。我老公鐘意蟹柳同蔥,所以差唔多次次都有加。</p>

<p>2.然後將撈好既蛋漿倒入煎Pan,好似平時炒蛋咁兜熟佢。</p>

<p>3.之後將熟左既蛋推到Pan既頂部,係Pan較底部空出黎既位置,倒多層蛋漿落去。</p>

<p>4.熟左之後複向前,咁原本既蛋就會多一層嘞。</p>

<p>5.如是者重複推上、倒入蛋漿,差唔多第四層啦!就可以收工,上碟享用。</p>
