阿育吠陀經典清楚指出,牛奶必須加熱飲用,絕不宜冷飲。至今印度的鄉郊,仍奉行將牛奶煮沸才飲的習慣,很多受乳糖不耐症<span style="line-height:1.6em">Lactose Intolerance困擾的人,將奶加熱才飲,症狀明顯得以緩和。</span></p>

<p><span style="color:#FF8C00"><span style="font-size:14px"><strong>2.加水飲易消化</strong></span></span><br />
奶和水以2:1分量調釋,更容易消化。如果水和奶的分量是1:4煮沸飲用的話,則有助恢復體力和精力,增加ojas(身心能量)對多<span style="line-height:1.6em">種病況都有助益。</span></p>

<p><span style="color:#FF8C00"><span style="font-size:14px"><strong>3.飲用時間與功效</strong></span></span><br />
早上飲奶帶來體力,激起消化之火(梵文agni)。<br />
中午飲奶增進胃口,對於排尿困難、腎或膽結石,有緩解作用。<br />
晚上飲奶均可鎮住風、火、水三種體質。</p>

<p><span style="color:#FF8C00"><span style="font-size:14px"><strong>4.晚上不宜空腹飲熱奶</strong></span></span><br />
宜在睡前半小時飲,之前先吃點輕食,並等待食物消化後再飲奶。</p>

不要在奶中加入酸味配料或鹽,因為這樣的組合會給身體帶來毒性。</p>

正在發燒、消化能力弱、有皮膚問題、腸道問題、咳嗽、腹瀉或腸道有蠕蟲,均不要飲奶。</p>
