天麻燉雞蛋 治耳水不平衡

<p>首先,準備天麻一両,分三份,將一份天麻放入燉盅,</p>

<p>使用天麻前先用清水浸泡一個小時出味,再用原汁水一碗倒入燉盅,</p>

<p>加入一個生雞蛋,唔好攪爛蛋黃,<span style="line-height:1.6em">然後加適量冰糖、一片薑,</span></p>

<p><span style="line-height:1.6em">蓋好燉盅,隔水燉,大火水滾後轉小火燉一小時。</span></p>

<p>食用時湯連渣一起吃,飯前飯後服用都得嫁!</p>

<p>建議病情嚴重者每日服用一次或者隔日一次,</p>

<p>病情好轉後改為一個星期服用一或兩次,病情穩定後,每個月服用一次。</p>
