<p>說到醒酒良方,其實酒於中醫層面而言,為濕熱之品。</p>
<p>想想,濕熱既已到肚中,再言醒酒,已是亡羊補牢了。</p>
<p>不過中醫方法甚多,中藥的醒酒物,甘蔗汁、西瓜汁、雪梨汁都有醒酒解酒的作用,</p>
<p>更好的是用中藥房裏常見的葛根,每次5-10克,煎水微火煮十五分鐘服用,都是既安全,又可達清利濕熱,解酒之用的。</p>

<p>至於所謂小酌,人人酒量固然不一,但假使酒後頭昏腦脹,甚至嘔吐的話,那多半都已過量了。</p>
