<p>薑類零食:薑類小吃不但有助消化,對女生來說,還可改善體質,對瘦身者非常有用。</p>
<p>乳酪:所含的乳酸菌有助消化系統和腸道的健康,減少腹脹和便秘,持之以恆讓小腹變得平坦,重拾腰肢。一小片檸檬連皮切碎,或加一些果乾如提子乾或紅莓到原味的乳酪中,就變成一道健康又美味的甜點。</p>
