<p>1.日本吉品鮑</p>
<p>特徵:色澤呈麥芽糖的淺茶色,全身通透,鮑形完整如元竇,兩端有線性的穿線孔,正中位置有清晰線痕,腹足圓形,裙邊密集,鮑肉厚。</p>
<p>食味:濃郁的海洋鹹鮮味道,鮑肉味濃郁,味道鮮甜,最好是原隻燴、煮、炆、煲和扣。</p>
<p>2.南非網鮑</p>
<p>特徵:色澤呈黑褐色,鮑形寬大而平,鮑肉飽滿呈圓肉枕,腹足呈錐尖且密集,肉厚。</p>
<p>食味:香氣不濃烈,鮑肉鮮而不濃,肉質腍軟幼滑,咀嚼無渣。最佳煮法是原隻燴、煮、炆和扣。</p>
<p>3.中東鮑魚</p>
<p>特徵:色澤光亮呈濃茶色,鮑形完整呈橢圓形,腹足密集呈黑邊,鮑枕飽脹,肉厚。</p>
<p>食味:濃郁的海洋鹹味道,鮑味濃厚,肉質腍軟,味道鮮甜。適合原隻燴、煮、炆和扣。</p>
<p>4.糖心網鮑片</p>
<p>特徵:濃茶色,圓片形不通透,完整而不平滑。</p>
