<p>「中國人的社會非常著重傳承,習慣將一切傳給子孫,我也有興趣知道飲食界的交棒情況。當然新書也有訪問沒讓家人接棒的食店,正好問問老闆為何不由子女接手。」</p>

<p>談到寫新書的趣事,張宇人憶起其中一間西餐廳的主廚跟他「搞對抗」。他解釋:「我一直認為美味的食物大都不健康;健康的就不美味。主廚卻信心十足,認為自己的菜式美味又健康,就算我天天去用餐,也保證吃出好身體。」先不說健康與否,透過美食能廣交朋友,卻是百分百準確。</p>
