咖喱磚 2粒<br />
白醋 1茶匙</p>

<p><span style="color:#FF8C00"><span style="font-size:14px"><strong>做法:</strong></span></span><br />
1.薯仔洗淨、去皮、切粒。<br />
2.茄子洗淨、切粒,浸於鹽水中待用。<br />
3.蘑菇洗淨,切粒。<br />
4.咖喱磚加少量開水拌勻至汁狀。<br />
5.開啟煮飯程式,加適量油,爆香蒜粒。<br />
6.加入牛油煮溶。<br />
7.放入蘑菇,煮約30秒。<br />
8.加薯仔、茄子炒勻,焗煮約1分鐘至滾起<br />
9.加入豆卜及清水,蓋好蓋煮至滾起。<br />
10.拌入咖喱汁,煮滾後加白醋調味。<br />
11.加烏冬,蓋好蓋煮至程式結束。</p>
