<p>平日雞油花雕多配花蟹,今次改配蒸阿拉斯加蟹腳,單是啖啖肉已叫人拍案讚好。經大廚反覆試驗,調出了雞油和花雕的黃金比例,用來蒸蟹,更加鮮味香噴噴。至於另一吃「甲羅燒」,有專人為你在逾8吋的阿拉斯加蟹蓋內,拌煮蟹膏、蟹肉、蟹籽及生鵪鶉蛋,期間以清酒調味,甘香鮮甜。特別推介與白飯同嚐,又是另一番滋味!</p>

<p>即製的還有燒乳豬,落單後約20分鐘便可品嚐,你甚至可以欣賞師傅明爐燒烤的過程。選用30天越南細豬,並且上桌前為每件乳豬片去肥脂,酥脆不油膩,十分體貼。店家要求之高,還可見於蜜椒金薯牛肝連這道菜,「牛肝連」即牛腹部邊肋脊附近的肉,佔全隻牛只有大約5%,油花均勻,軟腍富肉香,口感一流。</p>
