<p>多年來身經百戰,令Chef Aurelie Altemaire更懂得靈活運用不同產地的特色食材,擅於突岀食材的原味道,並以簡約清新的手法炮製成色香味俱佳的菜式。餐廳之所以取名Odyssée,亦是因為她的閱歷,猶如奧德修斯的歷險故事,傅奇又引人入勝。Odyssée供應的現代法式料理,會根據當季食材和客人的口味製作,現時午餐每位僅$280起,絕對是物超所值。特別推介Gillardeau n'2 Oysters、Aji Carpaccio、Pavlova,,賣相簡約,吸睛度卻極高,味道更不用多讚美了。</p>
