<p>甜品大師Dominique Ansel本身來自法國,其創新風格使他曾獲《時代周刊》選為「年度25大最創新大獎」、世界50大最佳餐廳及法國第二高殊榮的農業成就勳章。Dominique的代表作是結合牛角包與冬甩的「Cronut」,這款新式包點風靡全球,亦令他聲名大噪。他認為廚師不應只一味複製,應為客人做岀獨特的創作,因此他為香港店設計岀一系列融入本地元素的甜點。</p>

<div>「當文歷餅店」亦有鹹點供應,包括塗了XO蛋黃醬的「吉列滑蛋三文治」($88)、內有蘿蔔絲、蝦米、臘肉的「炒滑蛋蘿蔔糕英式鬆餅」($78) ,同樣不乏香港特色!</div>
