Calderon西班牙伊比利黑毛豬肋條 1.2公斤<br />
竹蔗 100克<br />
草果 1個<br />
馬蹄 8-10粒<br />
清水 適量<br />
薑片 適量</p>

片糖 半件<br />
紹興酒、生抽、老抽、鹽 各適量</p>

<p><span style="color:#FF8C00"><span style="font-size:14px"><strong>做法:</strong></span></span><br />
1.生薑、草果用刀拍鬆。<br />
2.馬蹄去皮切片。<br />
3.竹蔗去皮切成小段。<br />
4.煲滾適量清水,加入薑片、紹興酒、豬肋條一同汆水。<br />
5.熱鑊下油,爆香草果、薑片、豬肋條。<br />
6.加入餘下調味、竹蔗、馬蹄、片糖、約800毫升清水。<br />
7.煮滾後調慢火,燜煮40分鐘,下鹽調味即成。</p>
