九層塔 1至2塊<br />
乾蔥 1粒<br />
蒜頭 4至5瓣<br />
香茅 1枝<br />
檸檬葉 1至2塊<br />
指天椒 2隻<br />
辣椒粉 少許</p>

<p><span style="color:#FF8C00"><span style="font-size:14px"><strong>醃料:</strong></span></span>生抽、老抽、糖、胡椒粉、水、油、生粉、魚露、鹽</p>

<p><span style="color:#FF8C00"><span style="font-size:14px"><strong>做法:</strong></span></span>&nbsp;<br />
1.免治豬肉加醃料拌勻醃20分鐘。<br />
2.配料切碎,生菜洗淨隔水備用。<br />
3.燒熱鑊,下乾葱、蒜蓉爆香,落檸檬葉、指子椒及香茅齊炒。<br />
4.加入豬肉炒拌至熟透,加入魚露或鹽調味。<br />
4.熄火後加入九層塔、青檸汁拌勻,放少許芫荽,以生菜伴食。</p>
