<p>這位熱愛糕點的「糕人」,被邀在戲曲中心這個氣氛的地方,開設一間配合時尚優雅氣氛的糕點店。早已想把中式點心變得有型精緻的她,認為中式糕點不止坊間小食形式出現,且讓她講講心目中的糕點:「電影入面其實皇帝都係用糕點款客,可以好高級好靚㗎,日本和菓子都靚,但因為要用好重糖先做到個形狀同防腐。我哋想啱返香港人口味,唔使咁甜,唔用防腐劑,同時都唔用人造色素、味精,所以買返去放雪櫃,三日好食咗佢啦!」</p>

<p>而Margaret除了以食品造糕點色素(紅粷、黃薑等),也棄不環保的吸塑膠包裝禮盒,美食頑童同時真心愛地球!她創作的「白蓮皮」完全顛覆大家對蓮蓉的想像,把傳統做餡的白蓮蓉反轉來做糕點皮,和著麵團的白蓮皮,減少了因量太多的膩滯感,白蓮皮的代表作有桃好及花樣年華。</p>
