<p><span style="color:#800080"><span style="font-size:14px"><strong>蒜頭生食好或熟食好,其實兩樣都好</strong></span></span>,生食的時候,因為蒜頭本身偏向辛、辣、升、散,當它生用時,升散力度比較強如果心口不是太舒服的人,平日有寒氣的,呼吸不順暢的,用生蒜頭入藥,效果會較佳,熟的蒜頭,辛辣味道稍為減少,反而能帶動蒜頭內本身的物質,補益力度會較強,所以本身陽氣較虛,經常怕凍的人,這些人或者吃熟的蒜頭,對他們的幫助會較大。</p>
