酪梨/牛油果 1個<br />
Parmesan Cheese 約酪梨一半重量<br />
鹽、黑胡椒 適量<br />
辣椒粉 (不吃辣的可以跳過)</p>
<p><span style="color:#FF8C00"><span style="font-size:14px"><strong>做法:</strong></span></span><br />
1.挖出酪梨果肉。<br />
2.用叉子將果肉壓爛。<br />
3.加入調味粉和起司。<br />
4.將材料混合。<br />
5.可使用任何形裝的烤盤模具,將混合物輕輕壓成薄片。也可以直接在烘焙紙上隨意壓出圓型。<br />
6.烤箱180度烤12-15分鐘。</p>
