去骨火赤小豆粉葛鯪魚湯

<p>材料:<br />
粉葛 約1斤<br />
紅蘿蔔 1條<br />
鯪魚 1條<br />
赤小豆 40g<br />
豬展 半斤<br />
蜜棗1粒<br />
陳皮 1片<br />
&nbsp;<br />
做法:<br />
1.赤小豆、蜜棗洗淨備用。<br />
2.豬展切件出水備用。<br />
3.粉葛、紅蘿蔔去皮切件備用。<br />
4.將薑片下油鑊爆香再放入鯪魚每邊煎約4分鐘。<br />
5.將赤小豆、蜜棗、豬展、粉葛、紅蘿蔔放入煲熱水煲滾。<br />
6.再放入已煎鯪魚煲2小時,完成!</p>
