<p>1. 把生抽、老抽、喼汁、番茄汁和糖混合成醬汁。</p>

<p>2. 洋葱切絲,蒜頭剁碎,韭黃切段,牛肉切片。</p>

<p>3. 把牛肉和蒜頭及生粉拌勻,放入1/2湯匙醬汁再拌勻,炒前再加1/2湯匙油拌勻。</p>

<p>4. 把疊在一起的沙河粉用手分開,再用餘下的醬汁拌勻。</p>

<p>5. 用大火燒熱油鑊,下1.5湯匙油,把牛肉炒至半熟後拿出,多餘的油倒回鑊裏。</p>

<p>6. 轉中火用鑊裏的油把洋葱炒至半熟,加入韭黃、銀芽和拌好的沙河粉,轉大火,把洋葱和沙河粉炒熟。</p>

<p>7. 最後放進牛肉,加麻油兜勻即成。</p>
