<p>1.糯米粉與清水混合,搓成麵糰。</p>
<p>2.麵糰分成兩份,一份保留原色,另一份加入食用紅色素,搓成紅色。</p>
<p>3.兩份麵糰各取適量搓成小丸子。</p>
<p>4.燒滾半鍋清水,放入小丸子煮至浮起及漲身,撈起小丸子。</p>
<p>5.鯪魚肉加入醃料攪至有黏性,雙手沾水把魚肉弄成魚餅。</p>
<p>6.熱鑊下油煎熟魚餅,切條。</p>
<p>7.香菇、蘿蔔放入滾水中焯一下;娃娃菜洗淨切塊,瀝乾。</p>
<p>8.清湯煮滾,加入香菇、蘿蔔、娃娃菜煮滾,下調味料。</p>
