2. 鍋中放入紅棗、片糖、清水,隔水蒸約半小時,取出,待涼。<br />
3. 將紅棗水與紅棗分開,用手將紅棗去核揑成蓉,並以筲箕輔助隔渣留幼蓉。<br />
4. 紅棗蓉與紅棗水拌勻,加入椰漿、生油、紅棗粒拌勻成紅棗混合物。<br />
5. 將紅棗混合物分三次倒入糯米粉及澄麵中,拌勻至幼滑沒粉粒。<br />
6. 在糕盤中抹上薄薄一層油,將粉漿倒入糕盤中掃平,包上保鮮紙,以中火蒸約一小時即可。</p>
