鼻敏感發作 中醫教泡茶紓緩

<p>另外,<span style="color:#FF8C00"><span style="font-size:14px"><strong>脾虛則脾氣不能正常輸布於肺,致肺氣也虛</strong></span></span>;而肺氣之根在腎,腎虛則攝納無權,氣不歸元。所以,<span style="color:#FF8C00"><span style="font-size:14px"><strong>鼻敏感雖然主要症狀表現在肺、但也與脾腎功能正常與否有密切的關係</strong></span></span>。「正氣內存,邪不可干」、「邪之所湊,其氣必虛」氣虛是鼻鼽的主要原因,而外邪只是乘虛而入。所以,鼻鼽屬本虛標實的病症。</p>

<p>1.將藥材剪碎,放入鍋中,加入清水500毫升。<br />
2.煲滾後裝入暖杯代茶,飲完可加開水,大約泡3次後可將藥渣棄掉。<br />
3.亦可泡出味後轉杯,加入少量蜂蜜飲用。</p>

<p><span style="color:#FF8C00"><strong>功效:</strong></span>補中益氣,亦可用於鼻敏感發作期。</p>

<p><strong>最後,再教大家一個發作期自我紓緩症狀的方法,就是早晚以開水一杯,以熱氣薰蒸鼻子(注意不要燙傷)。天氣寒冷或大風季節帶口罩,為鼻部保溫,以減少外邪入侵。</strong></p>
