<p>1.手指餅淋上特濃咖啡。</p>
<p>2.蛋黃、糖打至奶黃色。</p>
<p>3.加入Mascarphone芝士,以同一方向輕力攪拌,備用。</p>
<p>4.蛋白打至挺身,加入已打起的淡忌廉,輕力拌勻。</p>
<p>5.加入咖啡酒、冧酒拌勻。</p>
<p>6.加入蛋黃芝士拌勻。</p>
<p>7.心形模具以朱古力蛋糕墊底。</p>
<p>8.注入蛋黃芝士醬至半滿。</p>
