<p>夏季在中醫角度,五行中屬火,屬心臟當令之時,本來世間萬物就處於一個動能較高的狀態。</p>

<p>若果身體未能適應春夏或夏秋交季的變化,容易心神不安、心煩氣躁,大家認為是上火的狀態。</p>

<p>所謂預防勝於治療嘛,我們一起來先了解,避免吃甚麼能夠減少上火機會吧!</p>

<p>第一類是辛辣刺激性及熱性食物,如羊肉、牛肉、雞肉、香料類(如蔥、薑、蒜頭、蒜苗、辣椒、洋蔥)、堅果類(如花生、腰果)、茴香葉、肉桂等;</p>

<p>第二類則熱性水果,如榴槤、荔枝、芒果、龍眼等;第三類為甜食,如酥餅、鳳梨酥、巧克力、糖果、餅乾、添加精緻糖的咖啡、可樂、汽水等。</p>

<p>在中醫而言,這幾大類都屬於比較容易「惹火」,本身就已經偏熱,容易煩躁、長暗瘡的朋友要小心食用了。</p>

<p>以香港的夏天而言,最常出現的兩種火,應屬心火及肝火,畢竟大家受的壓力較大,都偏向易心浮氣躁嘛!</p>

<p>以下兩款茶,大家都可以試著飲用,如果不清楚自己體質的,當然要先請教醫師啦。</p>

<h3><strong>1. 心火旺:蓮子心茶</strong></h3>

<p>功效:清心安神,交通心腎,澀精止血。用於輕度失眠、心煩、舌尖較紅或長口瘡之人<br />
材料:蓮子心30克、綠茶30克<br />
做法:兩種原料分成10份,分別裝入10個茶包袋。每次取1袋。沖入沸水,1分鐘後倒掉水。然後再次沖入沸水,焗五分鐘後即可飲用,並可以反覆沖泡。</p>

<h3><strong>2. 肝火旺:野菊花泡水</strong></h3>

<p>功效:清熱解毒,以利肝火。用於容易咽喉腫痛、眼乾眼澀,或半夜易腿抽筋之人。<br />
材料:野菊花30克<br />
做法:把原料分成10份,分別裝入10個茶包袋。每次取1袋。沖入沸水,焗五分鐘後即可飲用,並可以反覆沖泡。</p>
