<p><strong>浮小麥棗仁湯</strong></p>

<p>材料:花旗參2錢、浮小麥3錢、赤靈芝2錢、酸棗仁3錢、淮山5錢、生薑3片、瘦肉 6兩</p>

<p>做法:先將瘦肉洗淨,放沸水中煮3分鐘,撈出。洗淨其他材料,把以上材料放入煱中,加入適量水,文火煲1個半小時。</p>

<p>功效:養心安神,健脾補氣。</p>

<p>宜飲用者:適合入睡困難,反覆易醒,多夢,易疲倦的人士飲用。</p>

<p><strong>寧神安睡茶</strong></p>

<p>材料:合歡花 3錢、五味子2錢、龍眼肉3枚。</p>

<p>做法:將所有材料加入300亳升沸水,泡15 分鐘,睡前1小時飲用。</p>

<p>功效:寧心安神,有助紓緩情緒。</p>

<p>宜飲用者:特別適合氣鬱體質人士,體質偏熱人士可將龍眼肉轉成菊花3朵。</p>
