<p>唔夠雞蛋用,又或者根本唔想用雞蛋,原來可以將以下材料混合,以代替雞蛋。正如Debbie說,注重健康,又或膽固醇偏高人士,其實更適合用亞麻籽或香蕉蓉代替雞蛋整蛋糕,有助減低膽固醇攝取之餘,又可以吸收亞麻籽裏面嘅奧米加三脂肪酸,至於香蕉既纖維素,就有助維持腸道健康。製成品嘅口感同香味,可能同原本嘅有少少唔同,不過可能會有新驚喜架!</p>
