<p>1.160克水與糖煮溶,加入100克忌廉拌勻。</p>
<p>2.朱古力加進忌廉溶液,煮至融化,備用。</p>
<p>3.糯米粉、粘米粉、澄麵、唂咕粉混合。</p>
<p>4.加入榛子醬及餘下的忌廉、水,攪拌至凝結。</p>
<p>5.慢慢加入朱古力漿拌勻。</p>
<p>6.注入約1吋高模具內。</p>
