<p>在中醫的哲學概念的演化中,我們得出肺部是我們與外界的第一道屏障。</p>

<p>因此皮膚表面受風受寒,最先就是我們的肺部「得福」了,咳嗽、呼吸困難,痰涎也隨之而來。</p>

<p>那麼反過來說,肺部的健康,當然也應見於我們的皮膚狀態上。</p>

<p>大致而言,皮膚如果特別乾燥,甚至潮紅,毛髮乾枯,無甚光澤,就在某程度上反映了肺部需要「養一養」了。</p>

<p>飲食上,煙酒當是第一大忌,是直接將熱留於身體內,長久下來將燒灼了肺部的潤澤度,也就能影響皮膚狀態。</p>

<p>基本上,辛辣濃重口味,在秋季都要注意少食為妙。</p>

<p>而平日說話用氣過度的老師、商界人士,或是父母等,都屬高危人士,</p>

<p>因為肺主氣、司呼吸,耗氣的人,就最易落得個傷肺的下場了!</p>

<p><strong>一、潤澤燉品之選 - 雪梨燉百合</strong></p>

<p>材料:雪梨2個、百合50克、冰糖20克</p>

<p>做法:百合用清水浸泡30分鐘,放到開水鍋中煮3分鐘,取出後瀝乾水分;</p>

<p>雪梨挖去梨心,洗淨,連皮切塊;把雪梨塊、百合放入砂鍋中,加入適量水,</p>

<p>小火燉20分鐘,加入冰糖溶化後,即可食用。</p>

<p><strong>二、甜入心養肺之選 - 冰糖銀耳羹</strong></p>

<p>材料:銀耳5克、冰糖50克</p>

<p>做法:先將銀耳放入盆內,以溫水浸泡30分鐘,待其發透時,摘去蒂頭,揀去雜質。</p>

<p>再將銀耳撕成片狀,放入潔淨的鍋中,加水適量,</p>

<p>以武火煮沸後,再用文火煎熬2至3小時,加入冰糖,直至銀耳燉爛為止,即可食用。</p>
