<p>答:非也非也。雖然天氣溫差較為起伏,但大家要留意的是整體氣溫確是下降了!</p>

<p>若細心觀察,你更會發現萬物的動力都漸漸降低,連我們人早上也不太願起床了!</p>

<p>因此適當的進補,是絕對沒有問題的。</p>

<p>答:要搞清楚一個觀點先,進補不等同增磅,更不等同要吃肉啊!</p>

<p>中醫的進補,各位只需緊記四字真言「虛則補之」。</p>

<p>自己身體有虛弱的地方,那裡虛的就補那裡,氣虛的補氣、陽虛的補陽、陰虛的補陰等等;</p>

<p>若然不覺有虛的,就更加要注意不可胡亂進補,補得過火,反過來也傷了身體啊!</p>

<p>答:立冬,在二十四節氣中是代表著冬季的起始,大家都習慣在這一段時間以各樣藥膳食補來所謂「補冬」。</p>

<p>即是藉由進補來溫養五臟六腑,為了冷天儲存足夠能量,為了抵禦低溫,也為了預防疾病。</p>

<p>一般人可以適當食用一些熱量較高的食品,但在香港,地處南方,說冷天其實也不算太冷,因此不建議吃牛、羊肉過度進補啊!</p>

<p>反而食用糯米、大棗、桂圓、芝麻、韭菜、核桃仁、栗子等溫熱食品緩補,效果更佳!</p>

<p>蔡醫在此推薦一碗桂圓紅棗湯,桂圓肉三錢,大紅棗五枚,再加適量紅糖,補益氣血甚好!</p>

<p>特別適合容易畏寒、四肢冰冷、體質偏虛寒的人士服用啊!</p>
