<p>每個人對壓力都有不同程度的接受能力,倘若這種壓力會對人造成負面影響,</p>

<p>從中醫角度來理解,這人的肝氣便受到阻礙,如沒有作出適的宣洩而鬱藏在心裏,可稱為「肝鬱」。</p>

<p>有些人會化悲憤為食量,透過暴飲暴食及食甜品來舒緩壓力,久而久之,會因過量進食變成肥胖。</p>

<p>嚴重的會伴隨口乾口苦、胸悶脇痛、偏頭痛、月經不調、失眠等等的症狀。</p>

<h4><strong>桂圓玫瑰花茶</strong></h4>

<p>材料:桂圓 3-5粒、玫瑰花5枚、陳皮 2克</p>

<p>做法:</p>

<p>1. &nbsp;先將陳皮洗淨及浸軟。</p>

<p>2. &nbsp;將所有材料放入杯中,加入300毫升沸水浸泡5分鐘即可飲用。</p>

<p>功效:疏肝理氣,健脾養心。</p>

<h4><strong>甘筍黑木耳糙米粥</strong></h4>

<p>材料:甘筍1根、黑木耳15克、糙米1/2杯、鹽 少許</p>

<p>做法:</p>

<p>1. &nbsp;先將糙米浸泡1小時,泡好之後瀝乾。</p>

<p>2. &nbsp;甘筍洗淨去皮切塊,黑木耳洗淨瀝乾備用。</p>

<p>3. &nbsp;在鍋中加入適量水,放入糙米攪拌一下,待煮滾後改中小火熬煮30分鐘。</p>

<p>4. &nbsp;放入甘筍及黑木耳繼續煮15分鐘,最後放少許鹽調味即可享用。</p>

<p>功效:甘筍、黑木耳都有降脂、抗衰老的作用,</p>

<p>糙米可以健脾胃,能促進新陳代謝,調節不飽和脂肪,加速腸道蠕動,有助排毒並預防便秘;</p>

<p>糙米的血糖指數低,很容易讓人有飽腹感,有利於控制食量;</p>

<p>糙米所含的膳食纖維與膽固醇結合,促進膽固醇的排出,從而幫助高血脂症患者降低血脂。</p>

<h4><strong>太衝穴</strong></h4>

<p>位置:位於足背側,即大拇趾和第二趾中間兩根骨頭交會凹陷之處。</p>

<p>功效:按此穴具有疏肝、解鬱的作用。建議肝火旺盛、心情焦慮、鬱悶的人經常按揉,能平肝熄風、清肝明目。</p>

<p>做法:按摩時,力度以適度微痛為佳,循序漸進,不可太過使力,否則可能會導致皮下出現瘀血。</p>

<p>按揉3至5分鐘,其後可以喝少量的溫水,以促進新陳代謝。</p>

<strong>帶脈穴</strong></h4>

<p>位置:帶脈穴位於側腹部,第十一肋骨游離端垂線與臍水平線的交點上。</p>

<p>功效:按此穴具有健脾利濕、通經活絡的作用,有助促進腰部脂肪代謝。</p>

<p>適合容易腹脹、水腫、腰痛、月經不調、中央肥胖之人士。</p>

<p>做法:按摩時,力度以適度微痛、微脹為佳,打圈按揉3分鐘。</p>
