<p>答:以下介紹兩款中藥代茶,供各位參考飲用。</p>

<p><strong><span style="color:#FF8C00">&nbsp;i. 美顏養目茶&nbsp;</span></strong></p>

<p>材料:枸杞2兩、菊花5錢、黃耆2錢、冰糖適量&nbsp;<br />
做法: 先把枸杞、黃耆放入鍋中加水二升,浸泡二十分鐘,先用大火煮滾,再改用文火續煮二十分鐘,最後加入菊花繼續煮十分鐘,再融入適量冰糖,即可飲用。<br />
功效:補益肝腎,益氣明目。稍見眼乾澀、頭暈耳鳴、精神倦怠、腰痠膝軟症狀者可參考飲用。</p>

<p><strong><span style="color:#FF8C00">&nbsp;ii. 桑菊麥冬飲</span></strong></p>

<p>材料:桑葉、杭菊、麥冬、蜂蜜適量&nbsp;<br />
做法: 先用開水泡以上三味中藥,十分鐘後加入適量蜂蜜即可代茶飲用&nbsp;<br />
功效:疏風清熱,清肝明目。眼稍見紅筋者可參考飲用。</p>

<p>另外每日緊閉眼睛後張開,連續做二十次;以致是摩擦雙手生熱後,再將雙手貼在雙眼上輕閉一兩分鐘,</p>

<p>都是不用吃藥打針,就可輕鬆保養眼晴的好方法啊!</p>
