<p>答:中醫治病,應針對同一問題,根據不同病性機理,可有多種治病方法。</p>

<p>如便秘中,常見的分型有腸道實熱(熱秘)、腸道氣滯(氣秘)、脾虛氣弱(氣虛秘)、脾腎陽虛(冷秘)、陰血虧虛(血虛秘)五種類型。</p>

<p>當然治療上亦不只限於用通下之法,一定要病者瀉個透才行。</p>

<p>而是透過分析病因和具體的症狀,為患者制定治療方案,</p>

<p>如熱結者,瀉熱通腑;氣滯者,行氣;氣虛者,益氣;陽虛者,溫陽;血虛者,養血。</p>

<p>當然,這也需要醫師的專業判斷了!</p>

<p>材料:核桃仁10克、黑芝麻10克、郁李仁10克及白米50克。</p>

<p>做法:以上三藥同搗爛備用,入白米煮粥。</p>

<p>功效:此粥能下氣潤腸通便,核桃仁、黑芝麻不但能滋補肝腎,又可潤腸通便,</p>

<p>另加郁李仁下氣潤腸,對年老體弱,大便秘結不通者效果尤佳。</p>

<strong><span style="color:#FF8C00">ii.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;玄參增液飲&nbsp;</span></strong></p>

<p>材料:玄參15克、麥冬15克、生地20克及蜂蜜30克。&nbsp;</p>

<p>做法:先將前三種藥煎煮取汁,再將蜂蜜與藥汁攪勻即可。每日一、兩次,代茶飲用。</p>

<p>功效:此方有滋陰通便的功效,玄參養陰生津,</p>

<p>麥冬生地增液潤燥,對大便乾結難行,口乾口渴,手足心熱,心煩失眠,小便黃者效果尤佳 。</p>
