<p>瘦肉精,原本是豬用的哮喘藥,豬隻食用後瘦肉會增多,但肥肉會減少。因為瘦肉可以賣到更高價錢,所以有很多豬農會在飼料裡添加瘦肉精,令豬隻變成哮喘豬。</p>

<p><span style="color:#800080"><strong>食用有瘦肉精的豬肉或豬內臟,有可能會引致頭暈、頭痛、手震或者心律不規則等。</strong></span>嚴重更會導致心臟問題,而這些症狀由食用後30分鐘至3小時出現,一般24小時內會消失。不過大部份人食用後,都只會有食欲不振的感覺,風險不算高。但如果本身有心臟問題如冠心病或心律不正,問題可能較嚴重。另外如果避不了吃豬肉,也請<strong><span style="color:#800080">盡量不要吃豬的內臟,例如豬潤,因為內臟含哮喘藥的機會較高,</span></strong>如果市民食用豬內臟,風險相對較高!</p>

<p>市民最好從合資格的肉檔購買豬肉,意思是他們的豬肉,全部來自合資格的供應商或豬場。另外,<strong><span style="color:#800080">大家也可以留意豬肉的脂肪是否夠白淨,有沒有特別香味,肉質夠不夠緊緻和彈性,又可以用手指壓一壓豬肉,看能否回復原狀。</span></strong></p>

<p>豬肉能提供蛋白質和人體所需的胺基酸,它也含有豐富的礦物質如鐵質,<span style="color:#800080"><strong>由於人體較容易吸收動物性的蛋白質並改善缺鐵性貧血,所以吃豬肉<span style="line-height:1.6em">可以改善貧血。</span></strong></span></p>

<p><span style="color:#800080"><strong>如果不吃豬肉,又希望攝取較優質的蛋白質,可以用其他肉類如雞肉、魚肉、海鮮等,如果想攝取足夠的鐵質呢,就可以選吃牛肉、羊肉、雞</strong></span><span style="line-height:1.6em"><span style="color:#800080"><strong>蛋黃或深綠色的蔬菜。</strong></span>男士一天可以吃7至8兩肉,女士一天可以吃5至6兩肉來攝取足夠的蛋白質。(1兩肉大概等同1個廣東麻雀的大小)</span></p>
