<p>出現牙肉腫痛多數是上火的表現,俗稱「熱氣」,而熱氣又有分實火及虛火。</p>

<p>實火指人體感受熱邪,病發時以熱性症狀為主,</p>

<p>例如因天氣炎熱,曝曬後自覺全身灼熱,<span style="line-height:1.6em">或體質偏熱者吃了煎炸辛辣食物後,</span></p>

<p><span style="line-height:1.6em">出現喉嚨腫痛、長粉刺暗瘡或皮疹、精神煩躁不安、小便色深、舌苔黃等。</span></p>

<p>而虛火則是因長期夜睡,容易導致體內津液不足,</p>

<p>陰液減少,陽氣在相對而言顯得較多,因此會出現熱性和燥性的症狀,</p>

<p>例如咽乾舌燥、牙肉腫痛、手心發熱、大便乾結、舌色紅等。</p>

<p>如果是因實火引起的牙肉腫痛,可以簡單地喝碗綠豆沙、豆腐花或飲五花茶即可;</p>

<p>如因虛火引致的,因體內的津液減少,中醫所指津液不只是指身體的水份,故飲水不能完全解決陰虛問題,建議可以煲此湯水:</p>

<p>材料:麥冬12克、白術12克、玄參9克、玉竹9克、牛蒡80克、瘦肉200克</p>

<p>做法:將牛蒡洗淨,可以不削皮,切片;瘦肉洗淨,切件;</p>

<p>然後將所有材料放入鍋中加入1.2升水,大火滾起轉小火煲45-60分鐘。</p>
