<p><strong><span style="color:#FF8C00"><span style="font-size:14px">其實排毒並非一時潮流,它可算是歷史逾千年的古老療養方法。</span></span>有西方醫學之父之稱的古希臘名醫希波克拉底(Hippocrates)便認為,禁食能改善健康,至於印度阿育吠陀,亦利用多種排毒方法來治療慢性病和預防疾病。</strong></p>

<p><strong><span style="font-size:14px">1.會誘發毒素Ama產生的食物少吃為妙</span></strong><br />
如隔夜飯菜,包裝、罐頭或冷凍食品。為免吸收外來毒素Garvisha,別吃用化學品、農藥或化肥種植的作物,以及內含化學添加劑的食品。</p>

<p><span style="font-size:14px"><strong>2.多喝熱水,藉排尿將毒素帶走。</strong></span></p>

<p><span style="font-size:14px"><strong>3.多吃減少毒素的食物</strong></span><br />
阿育吠陀主張吃新鮮和即製現吃的食物,例如味道清淡、暖和,煮熟和易消化的蔬菜,又或新鮮烘焗的麵包,剛煮好的湯、粥品、穀類食物等。至於味道濃重的奶類產品如芝士、油炸或太油膩的食物,以及未經烹煮的食材、重口味的甜點、精製加工的砂糖、蜂蜜和餅乾,因為不容易消化,少吃為妙。</p>

<p>1.不要禁食或將一日三餐縮減。</p>

<p>2.最豐盛的一餐安排在午間,早上及晚上以輕食為主。</p>

<p>3.坐下安定地吃,注意力放在食物上,不要看電視、玩手機或閱讀。</p>

<p>4.與家人朋友愉快閒話家常,吃飯期間不宜談公事或感情問題。</p>

<p>5.戒掉吃零食,這會嚴重打亂消化運作。</p>

<p>6.飯前靜坐一分鐘,吃飽後多待幾分鐘才離開飯桌,以便給消化系統充足提示,開展工作。</p>

<p>7.每餐只吃七分飽,吃太多不利排毒。</p>

<p>1.充足休息,排毒期間足夠睡眠,晚上十時前就寢,早上六時前起床。遲睡遲起會令毒素充斥於體內微循環管道。</p>

<p>2.避免劇烈運動,每天應作適量溫和的運動,如瑜伽練習或散步,以促進消化及排便。清晨時分散步20至30分鐘,慢慢將呼吸調整得深而長,能淨化呼吸循環,為細胞帶進能量。</p>

<p>3.如果時間許可,早上用溫熱過的白芝麻油,以打圈的方式按摩身體,能將堆積於體內微循環管道的毒素軟化,並經由消化排便帶走。然後作溫水浸浴,淋浴亦可。</p>

<p>我們體內的「取捨程序」如果能夠順暢地進食、消化、吸收、排除無用的,身心自然感覺平衡自在。一但這個程序出問題,輕則肚子脹脹難受,重則生病。但最麻煩是會令體內積聚毒素,梵文稱之為Ama。</p>

<p><span style="color:#800080"><span style="font-size:16px"><strong>阿育吠陀所指的毒素主要分三種,本文談的Ama,是指停滯在特定區域的毒素。可幸的是,如果我們對Ama毒素的屯積有所警覺,適時調整飲食和生活作息,有望驅除毒素。</strong></span></span><span style="color:#000000"><span style="font-size:16px"><strong><span style="font-size:14px">至於另外兩種,是活躍流動的毒素Amavisha和外來的毒素Garvisha,則需要求助專家治療。</span></strong></span></span></p>
