<p>各種水果其實本來就有其偏性,本質是變不了的,</p>

<p>只是有些寒涼的水果煮熟吃,能減低其寒涼之性,性質更趨平和,甚至更有營養。</p>

<p>但想達到最佳的養生效果,還是要根據個人體質狀態啊!</p>
