<p>那麼大家都不應吃腰果嗎?不是的,像阿育吠陀等傳統養生智慧所總結的經驗,並非要給出絕對好或壞、應該吃或不可吃等訓示,而是啟發我們注意自身目前的狀況,吃對的食物和適當分量。例如天氣熱遇著正在煩躁時,去吃激辣食物,無異於火上加油吧!至於阿育吠陀對<span style="color:#FF8C00"><span style="font-size:14px"><strong>腰果的建議食用量,是</strong></span></span><span style="color:#FF8C00"><span style="font-size:14px"><strong>每日在2湯匙之內。適可而止,也是養生之道呢。</strong></span></span></p>

<p>談到營養成分,腰果所含的亞麻油酸及不飽和脂肪酸,屬於有益的油脂,對於素食者或不愛吃肉的人,能<span style="color:#FF8C00"><span style="font-size:14px"><strong>有助預防動脈硬化、心血管疾病、腦中風和</strong></span></span><span style="line-height:1.6em"><span style="color:#FF8C00"><span style="font-size:14px"><strong>心臟病,</strong></span></span>腰果也含有蛋白質、澱粉質、糖、鈣、鎂、鉀、鐵和維他命A、B1、B2、B6。</span></p>
