<p>櫻桃因含鐵多,再加上含有一定量的氰甙,若食用過多會引起鐵中毒或氫氧化物中毒,</p>

<p>食用時每次5顆(約30克)較妥當。</p>

<p>輕度不適可用甘蔗汁來清熱解毒。櫻桃性溫熱,熱性病及虛熱咳嗽者要忌食。</p>

<p>另外,挑選櫻桃時,顏色愈深愈好,淡黃色櫻桃的抗氧化物相對較少。</p>
