<p><strong>1) 大白菜 VS 娃娃菜 </strong></p>
<p>娃娃菜和大白菜同屬於十字花科蔬菜,從成分上來講,大白菜的營養價值並不遜於娃娃菜。</p>
<p>但價錢大白菜通常都是較便宜的!</p>
<p>大白菜富含胡蘿蔔素、維他命B、維他命C、鈣、磷、鐵等,</p>
<p>白菜中的微量元素鋅的含量不但在蔬菜中名列前茅,就連肉蛋也比不過它。</p>
<p>娃娃菜是近幾年從日本引進的一款蔬菜新品種。</p>
<p>從生長過程來看,娃娃菜就是大白菜成熟收割後,</p>
<p>用土把菜根埋住,之後根部又會發芽,這個新芽長成的菜便是娃娃菜。</p>

<p>西蘭花中的營養成份,不僅含量高,而且十分全面,</p>
<p>主要包括蛋白質、碳水化合物、脂肪、礦物質、維生素C和胡蘿蔔素等。</p>
<p>據分析,每100克新鮮西蘭花的花球中,</p>
<p>含蛋白質3.5克-4.5克,是菜花的3倍、番茄的4倍。</p>
<p>此外,西蘭花中礦物質成分比其他蔬菜更全面,鈣、磷、鐵、鉀、鋅、錳等含量都很豐富。 </p>
<p>椰菜花維他命C含量豐富,能有效預防感冒,提高免疫力;</p>
<p>所含維他命B1的含量也比其他蔬菜來得高,</p>
<p>可消除疲勞,維他命B2可促進消化,改善口角炎症狀。</p>
<p>但椰菜花中含有少量可能導致甲狀腺腫大的物質,</p>
<p>會影響人體甲狀腺對碘的利用,食用時最好和碘含量高的食材一同食用。</p>
