<p><strong>茴香的希臘文名字含有「長得瘦一點」的意思,</strong>17世紀英國植物學家William Coles在其著作《Adam in Eden or Nature's Paradise》(1657年)亦提到了人們普遍相信茴香影響減肥效果。<strong>至今茴香能減磅這說法仍具有一定影響力,但不容置疑的是茴香促進消化吸收,不妨於飯前約15分鐘泡一杯茴香籽茶喝。</strong></p>

做法有兩種,但提提大家,即磨香料碎不宜煮太久,這樣才可保留茴香籽內有益身體的天然油份。</p>

<strong>材料:</strong><br />
水 2杯<br />
茴香籽(Fennel Seeds) 1茶匙<br />
香菜籽(Caraway Seeds) 1茶匙<br />
檸檬皮(磨碎,也可用橙皮) 2茶匙&nbsp;</p>

<p><strong>做法:</strong><br />
1.用石磨或磨咖啡機,將茴香籽及香菜籽磨碎。<br />
2.將香料碎加進鍋中,下2杯水煮沸,調至小火再煮4至5分鐘,熄火。<br />
3.加入檸檬皮碎,靜置1至2分鐘,隔濾後享用。</p>

<p><strong>小貼士:</strong><br />
也可在加檸檬皮時,放入1湯匙切碎的茴香籽葉,增添風味。&nbsp;</p>

<strong>材料:</strong><br />
茴香籽 1/4杯(研磨成粉末)<br />
丁香 1顆(用研缽磨成粉末)<br />
冰糖 2.5茶匙(也可使用砂糖或蜂蜜)<br />
水 2杯半</p>

<p><strong>做法:</strong><br />
1.將茴香籽及丁香粉末放進大碗內,倒入2杯半水浸過夜或至少兩小時。<br />
2.隔濾去渣滓後,香料水加入蜂蜜或已研磨成碎粒的冰糖碎,充分拌勻。<br />
3.倒進高身杯中,可隨意可加冰塊飲用。</p>

<p><strong>小貼士:</strong><br />
也可加2至3粒壓碎的黑胡椒或荳蔻,然後加幾滴檸檬汁提味,最後以薄荷葉點綴。</p>
