<p>如果單純因為進食了煎炸熱氣食物而上火,</p>

<p>出現如喉嚨痛、口氣、痱滋、暗瘡和聲沙等不適,適量地飲涼茶的確有助清熱解毒。</p>

<p>然而,香港人大多體質夾濕,夾寒,或有虛火的情況,</p>

<p>所以飲涼茶要先了解自己的體質,不要胡亂飲用,以免耗傷陽氣,傷及脾胃。</p>

<p><strong>廿四味:</strong>性寒涼、味苦,以清熱毒為主要功效,適合超級燥熱人士。廿四味所用的藥材較多,性質頗為寒涼,故體質虛寒者、孕婦、服用西藥或容易藥物敏感人士不宜飲用。<br />
<strong>五花茶:</strong>有清熱、解毒、利濕、去心火等功效。適合喉嚨痛、目赤、尿赤澀人士。<br />
<strong>銀菊露:</strong>有清熱、解毒、明目。適合口苦口乾、喉嚨乾涸不適、目赤腫痛、頭痛暈眩、眼矇等人士。<br />
<strong>火麻仁:</strong>有潤燥、通便、滑腸的作用。適合津液不足所致的便秘,或皮膚乾燥人士適用。<br />
<strong>竹蔗茅根:</strong>有涼血、清熱利尿、養陰生津的功效。天氣炎熱,出汗多、口乾舌燥、尿黃時喝竹蔗茅根水很合適。</p>

<p>孕婦、長者、體質虛寒人士不宜服用涼茶,</p>

<p>平時畏寒怕冷、手足不溫、口唇色淡、容易頭暈、大便質地稀爛、或正值經期及痛經之女士。</p>

<p>患有暗瘡之人士應加倍留意,雖則表面上是有「熱症」,</p>

<p>但必須了解生暗瘡的成因,若是體虛脾胃欠佳者,</p>

<p>先要補氣健脾胃,再一邊清熱,絕不能獨沽一味飲涼茶清熱,這樣只會令病程惡化。</p>
