<p>馬鈴薯本身含有天然毒素「茄鹼」(或稱「龍葵素」),能夠對抗病菌和蟲害。</p>

<p>完好又「健康」嘅薯仔,茄鹼含量低,食咗唔會影響健康;</p>

<p>但放得太耐,表皮變綠甚至開始發芽,茄鹼含量就會大大增加,進食後有機會中毒!</p>

<p>輕微嘅覺得噁心、胃痛、嘔吐或腹瀉,重則引發痙攣、昏迷!</p>

<p>高溫烹煮都唔能夠消除茄鹼,即使切咗發芽部分亦無濟於事,都係成個薯仔唔好要喇!</p>

<p>可能代表番薯受病菌污染並出現毒素,有機會引致中毒,記住唔好食!</p>
