<p>1.低筋麵粉過篩。</p>
<p>2.加入杏仁粉、砂糖拌勻。</p>
<p>3.加入無鹽牛油溶液,拌勻成麵糊。</p>
<p>4.於蛋白內逐少加入砂糖。</p>
<p>5.蛋白溶液攪拌至挺身。</p>
<p>6.將麵糊裝入唧袋。</p>
<p>7.在小紙杯內唧入麵糊約1/3滿。</p>
<p>8.加一粒酒浸車厘子。</p>
<p>9.再唧入麵糊蓋過車厘子。</p>
