<p>人體的腸胃消化過亞硝酸鹽後,會直接產生出亞硝胺,所以飲不飲乳酪是完全無關。</p>
<p>可能由於亞硝酸鹽需要在酸的環境下才會轉化成亞硝胺的關係,</p>
<p>令到人們以為乳酪就是產生亞硝胺的催化劑,但其實乳酪沒有此功效。</p>
<p>除了少食加工肉類去減低致癌機會外,亦可透過維他命C去抑制亞硝胺的增生。</p>

<p><span style="font-size:16px"><strong>3. 番茄加薯仔難消化?</strong></span></p>
<p>薯仔會令胃產生大量鹽酸,如果再吃番茄,</p>
<p>番茄在較強的胃酸下會產生沉澱物,難以消化又不易排出。</p>
<p>但當然,吃少量、或煲湯後可把兩個食材打碎,也沒有問題的。</p>
