酒精會令身體水分流失,不妨多飲水去補充番水分,紓緩口渴情況,多排尿亦有助解酒。亦有說飲咖啡會清醒些,但其實它會令你更多水分流失,而且令血壓上升,增加不適。</p>

食蕉解酒我未試過,一般建議食3-5隻,清熱解毒,潤肺解酒。不過在不太舒服的情況下還要食幾隻香蕉,都要相當勇氣。</p>

新鮮梨汁同樣可清熱解酒,個人覺得這個方法比吃蕉容易,不妨試試。</p>

半醉半醒之間,冇胃口又口淡,我覺得強烈的味精同熱食,可令身體舒服些。所以我通常會食公仔麵,其實醉後最好食一些易消化的東西。</p>
